Booking and payment

The booking is confirmed upon payment of the deposit shown during the booking process (20% of the total) by secure card payment through SumUp. The remaining amount is paid at the meeting point before the activity starts.

Cancellations

Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. After that, the deposit is non-refundable, except when Top Adventures S.L. cancels (e.g. due to weather or sea conditions), in which case a date change or full refund will be offered.

Changes

You can request changes of date, time or number of people via the website, WhatsApp or by phone (+34951003379). Changes are subject to availability.

Requirements and safety

Wearing the life jacket provided and following staff instructions is mandatory. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Participation under the influence of alcohol or other substances is not allowed. Top Adventures S.L. reserves the right to suspend the activity if conditions are not safe.

Punctuality

Please arrive 15 minutes before the booked time. No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the deposit.
