Data we process and purpose

When you make a booking we collect your name, phone number and, optionally, email and remarks. We use them to manage your booking, send you confirmations and reminders (by email and WhatsApp), handle change or cancellation requests and comply with legal and tax obligations.

Legal basis

Performance of the booking contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR). Commercial communications will only be sent with your consent.

Recipients

Payments are processed through SumUp; WhatsApp messages are sent through the configured messaging provider (Meta Platforms or Twilio). We do not share your data with other third parties unless legally required.

Retention

We keep booking data for as long as necessary to manage it and afterwards for the applicable legal periods (generally 5 years for tax purposes).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@educare-aventuras.com or to the postal address above, enclosing a copy of your ID. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
